need to track parcel and guy hasn’t told me which courier it’s with. It’s coming from China to UK….

Had a date with a work colleague 2 weeks ago (before I get all the ‘this is a bad idea’ – the company is huge and our paths don’t generally cross AT ALL during the day). The date went well, no physical contact at all (not even a hug) but we got on really well and both said we’d go out again sometime. This hasn’t happened though despite my hints – even when I sent a text saying "Where are you taking me next then? :p" He answered straight away saying he’d have to "get his thinking cap on "

I’ve got fed up of waiting around so thought I’d take the bull by the horns so to speak. I have to phone him once a day to say that the post is ready for his department and to keep an eye out for it because the courier is bringing it over. Then when he ended the call with ’see you later’ I decided to ask him when this would be. He replied that he often sees me out of the office window when I’m leaving for the evening so I asked him about times outside of work, he said yes probably. I asked him about Friday and got the reply "I have college." So I asked him about Sunday afternoon and he replied that he had a college assignment to complete and also remarked that he was very busy with college assignments for the foreseeable future.

I decided to come right out and ask him if he was giving me the brush off (despite all his previous flirting) and he said no. I asked him if he was sure about this and he still replied with ‘no’.

It certainly feels that way though. Do I completely call it a day now? What’s the best thing to do? Remain professional but friendly yet unobtainable? Who spends all weekend at college or doing college work?!
